Team co-ordinators should use this form following each MAACA match to submit their Spirit of Cricket votes for players from the opposing team.

Please award 3, 2 and 1 votes to three different opposition players who best demonstrated the true Spirit of Cricket. Votes are not necessarily for the best-performing players, but for those whose attitude, behaviour, sportsmanship and respect for others best reflected the Spirit of Cricket.
